Cook and package food product prepared to order or kept warm until sold;
Receive verbal orders from front counter staff for food product requirements;
Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items; ensure freshness;
Perform portion control and monitor serving temperatures of products;
Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays; operate large-volume cooking equipment
