Restaurant Manager (Pahrump, NV)

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of servers, hosts, bussers, and food runners during all shifts
• Train and mentor front‑of‑house employees on customer service standards, health and safety procedures, and use of POS systems
• Monitor dining area to ensure prompt & courteous service, resolve customer issues or complaints, and implement service recovery protocols
• Manage shift handovers, assign side duties, and verify closing procedures are properly completed
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings and ensure staff readiness for daily operations, including promotional awareness and cleanliness
• Maintain daily reports of customer feedback, service incidents, and employee performance; and assist with hiring and performance evaluations of front‑of‑house staff, and enforce company policies

: $48,131/yr.
Qualifications
:
High School/GED diploma and a minimum of 24 months of experience as Restaurant Manager or related.
