Job Description Summary
As the Bartender, you prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Your focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and exceptional guest service contributes to a high‑quality guest experience and smooth operation of the beverage department.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures, while also providing food and beverage service in restaurants or lounge environments that offer food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops and line equipment.
- Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
- Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures.
- Maintain appropriate sound and music levels as directed by management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.
- Provide outstanding guest service to guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high‑volume bar.
- Basic knowledge of common drink recipes and proper pour measurements.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

- Minimum age 21 years.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (both written and verbal).
- Obtain and maintain all required work cards:
Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, Nevada Gaming Registration, Union Pour Card. - Verify right to work in the United States.
- Regularly push/pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs at floor, knee, waist, chest levels.
- Frequently squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist.
- Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer.
- Frequently stand and walk.
- Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
- Indoor smoky environment.
- Noisy, bright flashing lights.
- Exposure to dust, fumes, and/or gases.
- May work in extreme heat or cold.
- Slippery surfaces.
- Exposure to extremely high or low temperatures.
