Position OverviewA Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring performance, maintaining safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth handover. Managers also may support departmental goals and targets.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
