As a Cook 1, you’ll deliver high‑quality food in a fast‑paced, professional kitchen, supporting culinary leadership through prep, production, and service of breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.

• Prepare and execute high‑quality dishes according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen in accordance with health codes and Hyatt standards
• Support other cooks and kitchen team members as needed
• Communicate clearly with culinary and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff or temporary seasonal cooks

• Ability to work all stations in a professional kitchen
• Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain) required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
