As a Seasonal Casino Bartender, you will provide energetic, high-quality service to guests enjoying the lively atmosphere of our casino bar. You’ll craft classic and signature cocktails, offer recommendations, and help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back for more.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced, social settings and takes pride in delivering outstanding bar service with a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately

Provide attentive, upbeat, and friendly service to guests at the bar and casino floor

Maintain a clean and organized bar area in accordance with health and safety standards

Offer knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections and promotions

Monitor guest consumption and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

Collaborate with cocktail servers and the casino team to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills.
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or casino setting preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Must have physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Alcohol Awareness certification required before onboarding
