• Lead all day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure speed, quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain Sbarro brand standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and labor management
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards are consistently met
• Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and cost management
