We're looking for a reliable, energetic Line Cook to help prepare the fresh, flavorful dishes the Beach Café is known for. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced kitchen where teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail make all the difference.
How You Will Create the Extraordinary
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion standards
- Work multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and prep
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with SNHD and company standards
- Assist with daily prep, restocking, and proper food storage
- Follow food safety procedures including labeling, rotation, and temperature control
- Support opening and closing duties including equipment setup and breakdown
- Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service
- Deliver Family ‑ Style Service in every interaction with guests and team members
What You Will Need
- Valid SNHD Health Card
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Basic math skills for measurements and portioning
- Fluent in English for effective communication
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
