Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino is seeking a Cook 1 to support daily food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen at our lakefront property. This entry-level, full-time role is ideal for those with previous prep cook or line cook experience who want to grow their culinary skills with Hyatt.
You will work with our culinary team to prepare quality dishes, keep a clean workspace, and rotate between pantry, hot line, prep, or cafeteria production as needed.
