Location: Pahrump
Trinity Services Group in the United States operates a large food service operation inside a secure correctional facility. The Food Service Director plans, directs, and coordinates daily kitchen activities and oversees production kitchens and a team of supervisors and cooks to ensure safe, efficient service.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, five years of management experience in food service, a valid driver’s license, and Serv Safe certification.
