At Tahoe Provisions, we believe great hospitality begins with thoughtful service, quality products, and genuine connections with our guests. As a Part-Time Barista
, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Barista will help maintain a clean and organized beverage station while consistently upholding Tahoe Provisions’ standards for quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso beverages, and other menu items according to established standards.
• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take orders accurately and process cash and credit card payments.
• Answer guest questions about beverage offerings and menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Support the team during busy periods and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Uphold all Tahoe Provisions policies, standards, and procedures.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, required.
• Ability to safely lift and carry supplies as needed.
