Osteria Sierra, our signature Italian-inspired restaurant, blends rustic charm with elevated service, offering fresh, seasonal cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a Server, you'll play a key role in delivering thoughtful, knowledgeable, and intuitive service that enhances every guest's visit.

This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating memorable moments, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and has a deep understanding of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide welcoming and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.

Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery.

Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas.

Handle payment transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.

Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues professionally.

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Previous serving experience required; fine dining or upscale casual preferred.

Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and service etiquette.

Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays or service items up to 40 lbs.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
