Overview

Retail Sales Associate — Assists customers by helping them select products, drives sales through engagement, suggests purchases, and shares product knowledge. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner and responds to inquiries.

• Drive sales through engagement of customers.
• Greets and receives customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Work with co‑workers and management to keep the retail space clean and organized.
• Maintain product on the sales floor and refill back‑stock throughout the shift.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale register and accept credit cards, cash, comps, or other payments for retail items.
• Verify customer identity when using comps as payment.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and employees.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• One year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High‑school diploma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accurate order‑taking and payment processing.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
