In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires. Are you ready to shape the future of shopping and get it done with us?

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work including moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  
  Experience leading and training people
• Can use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
• Can work independently while possessing strong team building skills
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
