The Kroger Company - 2200 Us Highway 50 E - Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with inquiries about produce and store products;
Maintain knowledge of department products and respond to questions with recommendations;
Prepare, package, label, and inventory produce merchandise;
Inspect quality and freshness of produce and take appropriate action;
Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers and maintain temperature logs;
Uphold safety procedures and report safety risks or incidents to management;
Inspect and maintain equipment and report any needed repairs;
Assist with labeling, stocking, and inventorying department merchandise;
Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed;
Collaborate with department manager to meet department goals
