Key Lead - Summerlin, Abercrombie & Fitch

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor and provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Work schedule:

12–16 hours per week; mandatory Saturdays and Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
