Lead Barista;

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Provides exceptional customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products.
• Maintains assigned outlets throughout the day to ensure everything is acceptable to Bally's Lake Tahoe standards

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service experience. (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Starbucks location (preferred)
• Must be able to learn quickly and work well in a team environment. (preferred)
• Able to build lasting relationships with guests and Team Members. (preferred)
• Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. (preferred)
• Requires the ability to participate in strenuous labor. (preferred)
• Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results. (preferred)
