- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Articulate Rise
- Experience in adult learning and instructional design principles
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and ensure timely execution
- Flexibility in navigating dynamic environments and meeting evolving expectations
- Experience in stakeholder management and alignment
