Promotes the growth and development of the full portfolio of Coca‑Cola products and builds trust with customers by being the beverage industry expert, executing promotional activities, and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store Joint Business Plan (JBP).

• Interact and build rapport with decision makers on each customer location. Place product orders to maintain sufficient inventory levels for consumer purchase.
• Manage and fill the customer beverage section, build displays, fill coolers, and ensure all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated per company standard.
• Supervise and collaborate with merchandisers to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management.
• Rotate products to implement a “first in – first out” stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelves.
• Sell additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate additional revenue.
• Ensure Joint Business Plans (JBP) are followed throughout the year by regularly confirming details with the Field Sales Manager and customer location.
• Maintain backroom stock areas in a safe, accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area. Write up credits and confirm the credits are ready for pickup by the bulk driver.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
• Cover merchandising duties when necessary.

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate preferred.
• Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Base pay range is $54,753 to $71,863 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
