Sales Development Representative On-Site

This position will be based on-site at our Las Vegas, Nevada location. As an SDR in the pipeline generation program, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads across target accounts in the existing customer base. This is a 100% outbound role focused on qualifying opportunities and scheduling handoff meetings to transfer client relationships to an Ascensus seller for demos and next steps.

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email.
• Build and enrich data from Ascensus target account lists using approved tools.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and disposition leads, recording the outcomes of outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to refine messaging.
• Participate in weekly KPI reviews and performance coaching sessions.
• Participate in daily huddles and track performance towards progress metrics.

• Daily dials and emails.
• Monthly qualified meetings booked.
• Lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
• Pipeline value generated.

• 6-12 months of experience in B2B outbound calling environments.
• Fluent in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial services markets and industry best practices strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
