• Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and key partners throughout Northern Nevada
• Develop new business opportunities through consistent market presence, networking, and relationship‑building

• Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to drive client success and retention

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Valid driver’s license

Base salary: $55,000–$75,000 with monthly commissions and potential bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO/paid sick leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
