• Be the friendly face handling guest check‑ins and check‑outs for our sales & marketing crew
• Help us hit our goals and look good doing it—both personal and team ones
• Double‑check tour qualifications to make sure everyone’s set up for success
• Keep things organized with reports (once the boss gives the green light)
• Hand out those sweet gifts in our sales & marketing areas like a pro

• You’re a wizard with a computer and a phone
• You know your way around the internet, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Customer service? You crush it
• Organizing and multitasking come naturally to you
• You’ve got a strong work ethic and great vibes
• Communication is your superpower—both talking and writing
