Description

- Provide exceptional internal and external guest service while maintaining a professional presence on the casino floor.
- Supervise and direct security officers to ensure compliance with departmental procedures and gaming regulations.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees, guests, property, and company assets.
- Maintain knowledge of and enforce applicable state and local gaming laws and regulations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, disturbances, and safety incidents.
- Monitor casino operations to identify and address security risks, policy violations, or suspicious activity.
- Coordinate with Surveillance, Management, and law enforcement as necessary.
- Complete accurate incident reports and required documentation.
