Responsibilities
- Receives calls and requests for security assistance.
- Transmits information via radio to Security Officers on duty to investigate complaints or requests; relays instructions or questions from Team Members on duty.
- Monitors the location of security personnel on duty.
- Monitors fire (EAS) alarm system and dispatches Security Officers to calls for service.
- Generates reports of suspect or unlawful activity or other incidents occurring on property.
- Provides assistance and information to Guests and Team Members.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Security Shift Supervisor.
- Possesses multi‑tasking skills and the ability to work in isolation.
- Works well under pressure.
- Prepares and submits reports as required.
- $19.25 per hour
