Security Dispatcher

Location:

Bally's Lake Tahoe, 55 US 50, Stateline, NV 89449, USA

• Receives calls and requests for security assistance.
• Transmits information via radio to Security Officers on duty to investigate complaints or requests; relays instructions or questions from Team Members on duty.
• Monitors the location of security personnel on duty.
• Monitors fire (EAS) alarm system and dispatches Security Officers to calls for service.
• Generates reports of suspect or unlawful activity or other incidents occurring on property.
• Provides assistance and information to Guests and Team Members.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Security Shift Supervisor.
• Must possess multi‑tasking skills and have the ability to work in isolation.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Prepares and submits reports as required.

• Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in written form.
• Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
• Must possess keen observation skills and be able to respond to potential problems quickly and efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Twelve or more months of relevant security experience or related equivalent.

• Northwest regional Gaming card (required).

• $19.25 per hour
