Position: PROGRAM ANALYST with Security Clearance
Location: Nellis Air Force Base

Duties The primary purpose of this position is:
To serve as an Event Director, Event Analyst, and specified domain (Air/Space/Cyber/Land/Maritime/NKE-EW) Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Shadow Operations Center-Nellis with the responsibility for providing both advanced expertise in the planning, execution, and assessment of assigned technologies and events. Integrates AF, DOD, Coalition, and industry partners into complex processes that include extensive cybersecurity coordination, network and data configuration, Multi-Domain integration, Live/virtual/constructive scenario design, execution, and assessments, culminating in a final report to HHQ with decision quality recommendations.

Duties:
* Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of United States Air Force Warfare (USAFWC) Shadow Operations Center (SHOC-N) Battlelab in the 805 Combat Training Squadron (CTS) as a Multi-Domain Event Planner/Director.
* Will functionally and operationally assess JADC2 / ABMS applications, software, and TTPs for integration into SHOC-N supported or hosted events as event domain analyst.
* Apply Air domain subject matter expertise to multi-Domain scenario development, modeling and simulation execution and analysis in support of the organic Battlelab live, synthetic environment (LSE). Requirements Conditions of employment

* Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft/ vehicle to conferences, meetings, or functions away from the duty office/location. Travel may include overnight stays.
* May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours and/or Shift work may be required which may include overtime and/or irregular hours.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
* Strong background with extensive experience in the specified domain identified in the PD Duty Title is required
* This position is designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. The employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. (cont'd)

EXPERIENCE:

Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-11, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes include Extensive in-depth knowledge of the mission, organization and work processes of programs throughout a military command, and the relationships of administrative support activities to such missions. Knowledge is applied when assessing programs/projects, analyzing findings and making recommendations on substantive operating programs.

The work requires skill in preparing staff reports/briefings and skill in organizing and delivering briefings to managers to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations. Extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative and technical programs;
Extensive knowledge of DoD and United States Air Force (USAF) strategic plans and strategic planning processes in order to develop short- and long-range planning guidance in accordance with USAF and command policies and objectives.
