Electrician

Location: Hawthorne

We are partnering with a well-established Nevada mining operation seeking a skilled Electrician to support process plant and site-wide electrical systems. This is a hands-on role responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across crushing circuits, conveyors, power distribution, and process equipment.

The ideal candidate is safety-driven, strong in control circuits and instrumentation, and comfortable working in an industrial or mining environment. This opportunity offers $40/hour, steady mine-site work, and the chance to be part of a collaborative maintenance team that plays a critical role in production uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with NEC and MSHA regulations

* Troubleshoot and maintain control circuits, instrumentation, VFDs, and soft starters

* Support electrical systems tied to crushers, conveyors, belt systems, and process equipment

* Perform high-voltage troubleshooting, arc flash safety procedures, and power distribution maintenance

* Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications & Experience

* High school diploma required; trade school or electrical apprenticeship required

* Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience (mine site preferred)

* Strong understanding of NEC, electrical formulas, and control circuitry

* Experience with high voltage systems, arc flash safety, and electrical isolation procedures

* MSHA Electrical Card, First Responder, or EMT certification a plus
