Heavy Civil Mining Equipment Operator - Open Pit Operations - Eureka NV

Turner Mining Group is seeking Mining Equipment Operators for their operations in Eureka, Nevada. These professionals will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy mining equipment while upholding the company’s strong safety culture and values. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, motivated, and eager to contribute to a team environment, with opportunities to develop into senior roles.

• Willingness and ability to adhere to OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements
• 1-3 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry preferred
• Valid and insurable driving license
• Ability to pass and maintain mobile equipment skills qualifications (excavator, dozer, loader, grader, water truck, haulage truck)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, carrying, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, repetitive movements)
• Flexibility on shift schedules (days and nights)
• Excellent attendance and safety record

• Multi-lingual abilities
• 1-3 years’ experience in mining / heavy industry
• Working knowledge of safety systems and processes
