Ledcor is seeking skilled Carpenters to join our core crew as we grow our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, modifying, and finishing telecommunication shelters and related structures. The role includes travel every four weeks throughout Nevada and surrounding states.
Essential Responsibilities- Construct and finish telecommunications equipment shelters and support structures
- Perform framing, drywall installation, roofing, insulation, flooring, and interior/exterior finishing work
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and site requirements
- Be willing to assist other team members as needed
- Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements
- Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain it shortly after hire
- Previous experience in residential or commercial carpentry
- Proficiency with carpentry tools, equipment, and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing
- Monday to Friday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 8 hours per day (overtime applies after 40 hours per week)
- Potential overtime hours may be required per project needs

- Work in all weather conditions
