Location: Mound House, NV
Salary range: $20-30/hr factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime is paid after 40 hours and additional compensation is provided for on‑call scheduling.
Primary Responsibilities- Install telematics systems and devices on vehicles, construction equipment, heavy equipment, and customer assets
- Operate machinery during installation to test systems
- Remove and replace ignition systems without a custom keypad and controller, then integrate communication between the keypad and telematics systems
- Handle installations ranging from basic (power, ignition, ground) to complex (custom wiring harnesses for CAN network access)
- Identify and resolve problems, gather information, and develop alternative solutions when required
- Travel to client sites or various Equipment Share rental yards throughout the region for installation cases
- Advocate for the Equipment Share platform and brand while on the job and in the field
- Work outside of regular business hours and weekends occasionally

- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certificate preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude; good with hands and tools
- Hard‑working, eager to learn, and mechanically inclined
- Experience in a related field (electrician, HVAC tech, car audio installer, etc.)
- Mobile electronics installer, automotive electronics technician, or 12V technician experience preferable
- Prior telematics industry experience not required; we will train you
- Own tools; a few specialty tools will be provided
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to travel within a 250‑mile radius of the local branch for up to a week at a time
- Ability to drive, maneuver in tight spaces, bend, squat, walk long distances, and lift more than 25 lb
- May need to be clean‑shaven to meet customer requirements
- Safety‑sensitive position; drug screening required
