We are seeking Skilled Laborers to join our core crew. In this role you will work with carpenters and concrete finishers to construct telecommunications structures. You’ll gain valuable field experience in a fast‑paced construction environment where quality, teamwork, and safety are top priorities. The role involves travel every four weeks throughout Nevada and surrounding states.

• Assist with the construction of telecommunications shelters and related infrastructure
• Assist in the installation of concrete formwork
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to support construction activities
• Support site preparation activities and general maintenance
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and site requirements

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire
• Prior experience in construction or residential building projects
• Experience providing support to carpenters and concrete finishers preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team player
• Knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing

• Monday to Friday, 7 am – 3 pm, 8‑hour days (overtime after 40 hours)
• Potential overtime per project requirements
• Living out allowance
• Work in all weather conditions
• Will travel as required
