Position Overview
Ledcor, a leader in construction and civil services for over seventy‑five years, is seeking Skilled Laborers to join our core crew. In this role you will work alongside carpenters and concrete finishers to construct telecommunications shelters and related infrastructure. The position requires frequent travel – every four weeks within Nevada and surrounding states – and offers valuable field experience in a fast‑paced, safety‑first environment.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Assist with the construction of telecommunications shelters and related infrastructure
- Assist in the installation of concrete formwork
- Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to support construction activities
- Support site preparation activities and general maintenance
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and site requirements
- Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire
- Prior experience in construction or residential building projects
- Experience providing support to carpenters and concrete finishers preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team player mindset
- Knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm; 8 hours per day, overtime applies after 40 hours worked per week
- Potential overtime hours may be required per project requirements

- Work in all weather conditions
