Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a General Maintenance Technician III to perform maintenance services across resort villas and facilities. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks while ensuring high standards of appearance and guest satisfaction.
You will lead, mentor GMT I and II, manage complex projects, and collaborate with leadership for timely completion. Strong planning, communication, and cross-functional teamwork are essential.
