Process Maintenance Foreman – Northwest
Job Summary :
We are seeking experienced, dedicated professionals to join our team. This is an hourly, non-exempt position that will report to a General Foreman or Superintendent. We are looking for applicants who have 5-10 years’ experience including crew supervision in millwright, industrial maintenance, pipe fitting, welding, and general construction.
The Process Maintenance Foreman is a fixed-duration, hourly billable position established to support specific customer projects, PMD assignments, or operational needs. Employment in this role is tied to the duration of the assigned project or work assignment and does not constitute Core employment. Continued employment beyond the current assignment is dependent upon future business needs and the availability of additional assignments.

- Identify and properly use, inspect and maintain personal protective equipment, including but not limited toboots, glasses, hardhat, gloves, face shield, goggles, leathers, earplugs.
- Be willing and able to work a variety of schedules, including day or, night shifts.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Possess good communication skills, i.e., written, verbal and listening.
- Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with all personnel.
Position Specific

· Responsible for site project management and ensuring activities are accomplished in a safe and effective manner.
· Assist in project selection and bidding, also assist in the professional development of crew members.
- Performs skilled industrial mechanical work in connection with mining and industrial environments.
- Skilled in the operation of hand and shop tools and powered equipment common to the mechanical trade.
- Ability to properly use cutting/welding equipment (torch, welder)
· Proficient in the use of basic rigging/lifting devices (cables, chains, come along, shackles, slings, straps, electric winches)
· Proficient in operating a forklift, come along, air impacts, air hoist, tugger, hydraulic rams, porta powers.
· Ability to read and apply blueprints enabling construction.
- A valid driver’s license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment.
- Must be willing to travel.
- 5-10 years’ experience in Industrial mechanical, construction., millwright, pipe fitting trades.
- Ability to direct and supervise teams and provide professional development.
- Knowledge of methods and materials common to industrial maintenance and construction trade.
- Maintain required certifications for work assignments. (MSHA, OSHA, site specific safety, and equipment specific.).
- Ability to safely lift 75-100 pounds frequently, using proper lifting techniques.

Criteria/Conditions- Work is performed in various industrial settings, including Shop, mining, and construction environments.
- Work includes operating both indoor and outdoor - elements vary by season and geographic location.
· While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear and see.
· Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required on a regular basis. Proper identification and use of PPE, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and respirator, gloves, and other required protective equipment as required.
