, you’ll be responsible for transporting guests to and from our private beach, local lakeside areas, and off‑site adventure experiences in a safe, efficient, and welcoming manner.

This guest-facing role requires clear communication, a strong safety mindset, and a positive attitude. You’ll often be the first or last impression of a guest’s outing—and a key part of their overall adventure.

• Safely transport guests to designated local destinations including the beach, town areas, and activity sites
• Operate hotel shuttles or vans in accordance with local laws, traffic regulations, and resort safety policies
• Assist guests with boarding, unloading, and managing recreation gear or personal belongings
• Provide helpful information about resort amenities, outdoor activities, and local attractions
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and report any vehicle maintenance needs
• Communicate effectively with the hotel team to coordinate pickup/drop‑off timing
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, approachable, and proactive attitude

• Drivers may keep all tips provided by guests; there is no tip pool for this role

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a passenger shuttle or large vehicle
• Comfortable lifting recreational equipment or luggage as needed
• Previous guest service or transportation experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑first approach
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
