Blue Ridge is looking for entry-level Class A CDL drivers who want more than just a job. We offer a professional career path with paid 1-on-1 training, ensuring you have the skills and confidence to handle the road safely.

• Weekly Pay: $1,200 $ 1,500
• Freight Type: Dry Van, 100% No-Touch
• Consistency: High-volume drop and hook freight (~70%)

• 3 to 5 weeks of paid 1-on-1 mentorship with a dedicated trainer
• Hands-on experience with ELD logging, trip planning, and road safety
• Paid orientation and a clear path to becoming a solo driver

• Trucks:  Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner models (APU equipped)
• Health: Full Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage after 30 days
• Retirement: 401(k) plan with company match
• Home Time: Flexible weekly or bi-weekly home time options

• Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Accredited CDL school completion (120+ hours)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT requirements
