Updike Distribution Logistics is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Straightforward pay, real bonuses, and a carrier that respects your time on the road.
Pay & Bonuses- Starting at 55 CPM + up to 5.5¢/mile bonus (60.5 CPM total)
- $500 transition bonus
- $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days
- Layover pay: $150/24-hr period
- Detention pay: $25/hr after 2 hours
- Extra stop pay: $25/stop
- Health, dental
- vision after 90 days
- 401(k) match up to 6%
- Paid vacation (1–3 weeks based on tenure)
- Paid orientation: $150
- 55–60.5 CPM (base + mileage bonus)
- $500 Transition Bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days
- Detention, layover, and extra stop pay on top of your mileage
