Responsibilities- Provides administrative support and office coverage for both School of Business offices.
- Greets students, faculty, and School of Business guests.
- Maintains calendars and scheduling appointments for advisors.
- Answers telephones in a timely, courteous manner.
- Serves as the primary clerical contact person for the advising suite.
- Works with advisors in setting appointments.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Dean.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED) - Preferred:
Some college - Work Experience:
2 years of administrative experience in a team-based environment - Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computational skills - Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication

Salary: $16.00 per hour
Approximately 20 - 25 hours per week (12:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m.)
