They are seeking an experienced Order Entry Specialist to join their team at their Jeffersonville, IN location. This role will accurately enter customer orders into their ERP software systems & requires high attention to detail & organizational skills.
This is a full time, direct hire with a salary range of $40k-$50k (depending on experience) plus full benefits. Hours are Monday-Friday,

- Accurately enter customer orders into ERP systems in a timely manner.
- Validate order requirements and ensure all approvals and exceptions are properly documented.
- Maintain order integrity and compliance with established processes.
- Partner with Customer Success, Key Account Success Managers (KASM), and Customer Success Managers (CSM) to resolve order discrepancies.
- Escalate issues as needed to support on-time fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and communicate updates as required.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to confirm delivery schedules and resolve shipping issues.
- Maintain accurate order documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to order volume, accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems and order management processes.
- Working knowledge of purchase order requirements, Incoterms, and basic logistics workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams.
- Prior experience in order entry, data processing, or administrative support preferred.
- Ability to meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time performance metrics
