Job Title
Referral Coordinator – General Surgery
Location & ScheduleNew Albany, Indiana – Full Time, First Shift
ResponsibilitiesUnder general direction, the Referral Coordinator coordinates referral requests and communicates appointment status, including organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining preauthorizations, and updating patients and providers.
Minimum Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent – required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – required
- Other education preferred
- Computer skills preferred
Experience in administrative, clerical, insurance, scheduling, appointment scheduling, or front office work.
