• Negotiate, analyze, interpret and prepare contracts and leases.
• Examine, evaluate and cure drilling and division order title opinion requirements.
• Supervise lease brokers and manage prospect expenditures.
• Negotiate and prepare joint operating agreements, participation agreements, farm‑in/farm‑out agreements, purchase and sale agreements, pooling agreements, and associated support agreements.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of land and contracts experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to assemble acreage blocks and wells and cure title for active development and exploratory drilling programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and achieve results in a performance‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
• Mapping and systems skills required.

Position will be filled commensurate with experience.
