Hours:

Tuesday to Friday - 8AM to 5PM

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and perio maintenance

• Capture diagnostics such as digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and charting

• Educate patients clearly and effectively to build understanding and acceptance of care plans

• Partner with doctors in co-diagnosis and case presentation

• Maintain accurate documentation and a sterile, organized operatory

• Support efficient patient flow with smooth timing and team handoffs

Requirements

• Active Kentucky Dental Hygiene License

• Anesthesia/nitrous certification a plus

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust without jargon

• Comfortable with digital technology and modern dental systems

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and infection control habits

• Growth mindset and openness to continuing education and feedback

• Collaborative team player with a focus on protecting the schedule and patient experience

• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
