We are in an exciting growth phase, expanding our presence in events, weddings, and premium daily designs—and we’re looking to add to our thriving, high-performing team.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floral Designer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about floral design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work consistently.

• Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders, holidays, sympathy work, and special occasions
• Execute designs with attention to detail, color, and overall aesthetic
• Maintain quality standards and ensure product consistency
• Assist with processing flowers (hydration, cleaning, prep) and maintaining inventory
• Support shop operations including cleanliness, organization, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

• Prior floral design experience required (retail florist experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of floral design principles, mechanics, and techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment (especially around holidays)
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Event or wedding floral design experience
• Experience with floral POS systems (e.g., Teleflora, Dove)
• Ability to assist with event prep, installs, or breakdowns
