Description
As a top 14 transportation firm, HMB has some of the largest infrastructure projects in country. We're looking for a Roadway EIT in New Albany to work on capstone-type projects and be client facing from day one.

Key Responsibilities
* Working under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer as a member of a team in the design and preparation of technical reports, analysis/calculations and construction documents.
* Preparation of accurate presentation, design, details and construction documents.
* Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to Agencies having jurisdiction.
* Coordination with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors and other parties associated with the project.
* Development and adherence to project scope, schedules, and budgets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* A minimum of 2 years experience in all technical aspects of roadway design
* Experience with Open Roads Designer preferred
* EIT Certification is preferred
* Detail-oriented individual with strong technical and organizational skills
* Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing and standard industry software.
* Works well in multidisciplinary team environments and ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
