Job Description

Bank of America is seeking a client-facing team member to engage customers in the lobby, educate them on electronic banking tools, process cash transactions, and provide deep conversations about their financial needs.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.

  • Able to work weekends, extended hours, and be scheduled at any financial center location within reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).
