Physical Therapist – Outpatient (KORT
- Clarksville).

Location:

325 E Lewis & Clark Pkwy, Clarksville, IN.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (no weekends). Compensation: $72,000–$95,000 annual base, commensurate with experience.

Incentives:

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician; outpatient clinical rotation if a current student.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.
