Job Description:
Seeking Case Manager Supervisor
Full-time, 7:30a-4:30p, Monday-Friday, no weekends, holidays or call

Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area
We are seeking a Case Manager Supervisor who under general supervision and according to established procedures assists the Director in managerial tasks while also providing supplemental staffing. This role assumes the responsibility hands on supervisor for day-to-day work tasks. Also assisting with schedules, assignments and ensuring adequate staffing. Audits and compliance will also be focuses for the position, as well as filling in for when Director is absent.
Position/Opportunity Highlights:

• Registered Nurse with graduation from an accredited school
• Current licensure in the State of Indiana
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in acute care nursing or Home Health Care
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of Discharge planning/Case Management experience preferred
