• Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Document medication administration and observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and support the overall healthcare team in delivering quality resident care

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Active QMA certification in Indiana OR willingness to obtain by hire if acquired in Kentucky
• At least one‑year of medication aide experience required
