* Position Overview:

* We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing employees. The Trainer will be responsible for preparing new hires and current team members for various operational roles while ensuring compliance with company standards and processes.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Deliver structured training sessions for new hires and current employees

+ Train team members on device screening, diagnostics, and Level 2 (L2) repairs

+ Teach operational processes, including system usage, workflows, and procedures

+ Assist the technical support team as needed

+ Create and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assessments

+ Clearly explain technical concepts to employees with varying experience levels

+ Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

+ Maintain accurate training records and documentation

+ Ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements

+ Work closely with operations, quality, and support teams to align training with business needs

+ Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance

* Required Qualifications:

Experience with smartphone and/or laptop repair and refurbishment

+ Knowledge of diagnostics, quality control, and hardware troubleshooting (L2 repairs)

+ Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices

+ Strong communication and presentation skills

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to train and manage groups effectively

+ Professional attitude with strong reliability and accountability

* Preferred Qualifications:

* + Previous experience as a trainer, coach, or team lead

+ Background in repair operations, electronics manufacturing, or refurbishment environments

+ Familiarity with audits, compliance, and documentation standards

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

** Pay Details:**  $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
