Job Title: People Tools Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced People Tools Specialist responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing technical operation of enterprise People Soft environments.

• Install, configure, and support People Soft environments.
• Perform People Tools upgrades
  , PUM image applications, and patching.
• Administer Web Logic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and application servers.
• Manage Elasticsearch/Open Search for People Soft.
• Perform system refreshes, clones, migrations, and HA/DR activities.
• Develop automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible
  .
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support production environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of People Soft People Tools administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with People Tools upgrades and PUM.
• Strong knowledge of Web Logic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, and Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/Open Search and People Soft Cloud Manager.
• Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• People Soft certifications.
• Experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and People Soft Selective Adoption.
